touch-scrolling for windows - reverse your mouse wheel touchscreen scrolling

everone who has mixed mouse environment and wants the same scrolling experience on windows an mac.

it's a system wide registry setting of the HID device:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\HID\VID_046D&PID_C03D\7&1ecfc636&0&0000\Device Parameters

FlipFlopWheel = 1

unplug and plugin your mouse, thats it. :-)
